What are the opening hours of the showroom?

There are no fixed opening hours, visits are by appointment only.

We are closed on the weekends.

Can I also view the products in wholesale stores?

Yes, at Tica (Uithoorn) and Trends & Trade (Venlo)

I don’t have an account with Asian Mix Interior yet, how do I create one?

You don’t have an account yet, but would like to create one? You can fill in the registration form. Our team will process your request and then you will hear from us.

Can anyone become a customer?

We exclusively supply industry-related retailers (B2B).

Are there additional conditions?

Yes, it is not allowed to offer our products via other commercial websites such as bol.com or Etsy, in other words: another online platform than your own webshop.

Will I be automatically informed about the new collection?

As soon as you become a customer of Asian Mix Interior you will automatically be added to our mailing list. The transactional emails are about your order(s), the delivery and the invoice. When we receive a new collection, we automatically send information about it. Don’t want to be kept informed about our new collection? Send an e-mail to info@asianmixinterior with the subject: unsubscribe from the mailing list.

I requested a password reset but I didn’t receive an email, how can I solve this?

First, check whether it has accidentally ended up in spam. If this isn’t the case, please contact Asian Mix Interior to check the status of your account via info@asianmix.nl

I can’t log in, what now?

You can log in with the email address that your account is linked to. Do you not remember your password? Don’t worry, it happens to all of us sometimes. We will make sure that you receive another email with a link to change your password.

When do I receive my order?

Within 14 working days.

Do you have a minimum order amount?

The minimum order amount is €250,- ex. VAT.

Do you also deliver to Zeeuws-Vlaanderen and the Wadden Islands?

Yes, there are no additional costs.

What are the delivery costs?

The shipping costs depend on the order you place. An order above €500,- ex VAT includes shipping costs. If you want to place a small order (for example 1 pot that fits in 1 box), the delivery costs are €7.45 ex. VAT. Do you want to order 4 pots? Then we’ll have to look at the sizes and how many boxes are needed.

How can I change or cancel my order?

Send an e-mail to info@asianmix.nl and clearly indicate the change or cancellation of your order.

Are returns free within the Netherlands?

Unfortunately no, returns are for your own account.

When do you ship for free?

When you place an order above €500 ex VAT, the shipping costs within NL are free.

Do you ship worldwide?

Worldwide shipping is available on request. Please contact info@asianmix.nl for the possibilities and to receive a quotation.

Can I also pick up my order?

You can pick up your order(s) in our showroom. Contact us by phone or send an e-mail to info@asianmix to make an appointment.

How long does it take to receive my money after cancelling or returning my order?

We will refund the entire purchase amount (excluding any shipping and/or payment costs) to your account within 3 working days after we have received the products. Do you want to return your order because the product has been damaged during transport? Take a photo within 24 hours and send an email to info@asianmix.nl. We will check the damage within 48 hours.

Do you have a complaint? That’s a shame. Send us an email with the following: your order number, a photo and/or a short description of the problem to info@asianmix.nl. We aim to contact you within 7 working days.
